Acer has announced an operational partnership with The Nexus, a community hub located in Ferndale, Randburg. One of the key features in the partnership is the introduction of the Predator Experience Room where the public will be able to test the recently unveiled Acer Predator 21 X.  This latest gaming notebook, first glimpsed at CES this year, features a world first in the form of a curved 21" display (2560x1080) with a 120 Hz refresh rate.

The Acer Experience Room will also have the latest gaming gear from the Predator series including the Predator 17 X, G6 Desktop and Z35 Monitor. “Being able to utilise The Nexus platform to introduce the Predator series to the public and all our gaming affiliates will contribute to our immersive product offering and the premium Acer experience,” says Paul Collins, Acer country manager.

Located in the Experience Wing of The Nexus, The Predator Experience Room will be open to the public for the next five months starting tomorrow (9 February). Visitors will also be able to purchase some of the merchandise directly from The Nexus. In addition, The Nexus also features a LAN and eSports space, a play hall for board gaming and trading card games.
