Adidas’ Samba sneaker is arguably one of its top designs ever. Now it’s receiving a bit of a remix, thanks to a redesign done with Primeknit uppers. The Adidas Samba Sock Primeknit certainly stay true to the original, but now rocks the super comfy Primeknit material as found on other Adidas shoes.

While the knitted upper look might not be in everyone’s taste, it adds a bit of flavour to a classic streetwear shoe. Adidas did not change the sole, keeping the distinct gum rubber outsole that contributed to the original’s popularity.

As far as we can tell, only white and black colourways are available, but we’re hoping that Adidas will also release the red, green and blue versions of the Samba for a bit of added spice. Price wise you are looking at $110 Stateside, although we’re yet to find pricing and local availability.
