Last night was the 60th annual Grammy Awards, held in the iconic Madison Square Garden in New York City. The largest award show in the music industry, it saw a handful of artists scooped the majority of Grammys on the night, with Kendrick Lamar and Bruno Mars the biggest winners, taking home five and six awards home respectively. South Africa's own Ladysmith Black Mambazo also won a Grammy, winning Best World Music Album for their effort, Shaka Zulu Revisited.

Whether or not Mars' 24K Magic was deserving of Album of the Year is certainly up for debate, but given how many awards he received, it was clearly a critics’ favourite.
