For those unfamiliar with, or perhaps too scared to play, Fallout 4's survival mode, it is the most difficult mode in the game. It increases player's susceptibility to damage, as well as upping the health of enemies.
Polygon believes the changes will make Fallout 4's survival mode more in line with the one in Fallout: New Vegas, with features like permadeath and the inability to heal while sleeping. If Bethesda does indeed add that to this latest version of Fallout's survival mode, it will certainly up the ante.
