With only a split second to get the perfect shot, wildlife photographer Chris Fallows is very dependent on the right gear for his shark capturing. We asked him about his favourite lens to shoot with.

The Canon EF 200-400mm f/4L IS

Chris Fallows: That’s a tough question, as I use the Canon EF 70-200 f/2.8L IS USM (pictured at top) more than any other by far as working on the ocean demands shorter zoom lenses due to the often unstable environment. But my favourite all time lens would have to be the new Canon EF 200-400mm f/4L IS as it is so versatile and it can also be hand held fairly easily when following fast moving subjects.
