DOOM Multiplayer Closed Alpha footage released in new video

Space for the alpha is limited, with PC, Xbox One and PS4 gamers in the US and Europe being the only ones permitted for signing up. If you don't meet the geographical requirements, id Software has released some closed alpha footage from the multiplayer for you to enjoy.
Click on the video below, and you'll see Marty Stratton, executive producer for DOOM at id software talk you through what the alpha has in store. Stratton is careful to stress that it is not demo or beta, but rather an early test of very specific gameplay elements. "One map. One Mode. One demon," notes Stratton. As such, the alpha will only serve up a very limited portion of what DOOM ultimately aims to deliver.
