Bungie certainly knows how to tease their players, with the company revealing that Destiny players can look forward to the most substantial addition to the Destiny universe to date. While no in-depth details were given, at least at this point, in a recent earnings call, the company reassured that there is a “very robust” content plan for Destiny in place.

Kicking this off is the second major House of Wolves (arriving later this month), which will then apparently be followed with further as yet undetailed content arriving in the next few months. This though will then be followed by the aforementioned major release, which will affect all play modes.

Apparently, Bungie is banking on this being big enough to not just appeal to current fans, but also to those who haven’t yet jumped into this ambitious title.

Considering the fact that soon, multiplayer shooters will have a titan to contend with in the form of Star Wars: Battlefront, we suspect Bungie and others will be upping the ante to try keep players blasting alien menaces on their title, in lieu of being lured to a galaxy far far away.
