Divinity: Original Sin 2 - Definitive Edition trailer released
By Staff Writer 17 August 2018 | Categories: newsIf you are a fan of old-school role playing games, then August may be your month after all. A new trailer for Divinity: Original Sin 2 – Definitive Edition has been released, but the best part is that it’s less than two weeks of waiting time till the game becomes available, with the game arriving on 31 August on PS4 and Xbox One.
Hopefully an omen of good things to come, the newest trailer is packed with details. This includes a rather indepth look at the detailed character creation mechanics where players can choose from six unique origin plots, as well as additional footage of crafting, conversation choices, and a taste of the game’s newly expanded dialogue.
Players also get a look at battle gameplay, including all new moves, spells, and environments to use against enemies’ weaknesses. In addition, the trailer also delivers a look at the title’s split screen co-op and revamped Arena Mode. The latter features solo gameplay, online multiplayer PVP, and pass-the-controller Hot Seat mode.
Arena Mode further introduces 16 characters to the game, including the debut of new playable characters such as Malady, Zandalor, and Radeka, each with their own unique set of skills and abilities.
