From Software shows off gameplay from upcoming Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice
By Ryan Noik 22 August 2018 | Categories: newsFrom Software has a fearsome habit of turning out games that are notoriously difficult (Dark Souls), horrifically atmospheric (Bloodborne) and fanatically enjoyed.
The question has been where do they go next, and that answer is Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice. The game has stepped further out of the shadows, with a new trailer being unveiled at Gamescom, currently taking place in Germany. And it is a doozy.
It appears to combine samurai-swordplay along with enemies that look formidable from far and even more so up close. The biggest difference to its predecessor, judging from the trailer below, appears to be its setting. No bleak disease ridden town here, but rather a beautiful, primal looking feudal Japan that looks like it would be a blast to explore further, if you didn’t have a towering monster intent on disemboweling you.
Take a look at the trailer below to see if this one secures a spot on your radar for late March.
