Of the three games that entered the ring to vie for the title of being the winner of the first Vote to Play campaign, only one emerged victorious, and that is Grow Home. Should you have been one of those voting for the other contenders – Armello and Zombie Vikings – there is some consolation. Neither are entirely out of reach, as both will be receiving a 30% cut for the first two weeks of September. Given how utterly charming Armello looks, and how madly fun Zombie Vikings hints at being, this is good news.

The announcement of Grow Home’s win accompanied another reveal – early for a change – of the rest of September’s free games. Entering into the PS Plus roster of games for gratis is the aforementioned Grow Home, Super Time Force Ultra, Twisted Metal, Teslagrad, Xeodrifter and La Mulana EX on the PS Vita (just in case the newly announced megapacks weren’t enough impetus in their own right).

For a smattering of just how much of a treat PS Plus subscribers are in for next month, head down to the trailers below.

Be warned though, there are some pretty sweet titles that will leave the PS Plus selection come the 1st of September, including Lara Croft and the Temple of Osiris, Limbo, God of War Ascension, Flow, Stealth Inc. 2, Castlestorm Complete Edition and Flower, so if you haven’t claimed those yet, you still have six days to do so.
