Konami launches Metal Gear Survive beta until 21 January
By Robin-Leigh Chetty 18 January 2018 | Categories: newsWe're a little over one month from Konami officially launching Metal Gear Survive on 22 February. The upcoming title, which does not feature legendary developer Hideo Kojima behind the reigns, is one that we want to see in action. Luckily, Konami has announced a beta for the game lasting until 21 January.
Currently available to PS4 and Xbox One gamers, the beta consists of two maps and three different co-op missions. As such, it should serve as a solid tester for the full title's gameplay, and also carries the added incentive of in-game rewards which can be earned and received on 22 February when Metal Gear Survive launches for R600 (RRP).
The in-game rewards include a FOX HOUND name plate, a Metal Gear Rex head accessory and a bandana accessory.
If you still need convincing on playing this beta, check out the single player trailer for Metal Gear Survive below.
