Remember Microsoft's HoloLens? We have not heard much from Microsoft on the augmented reality platform since it was demoed at E3 last year. In that time, the company has released a developer version of its headset, and now we've seen the first few updates from that process.

These new features are still part of the Developer Kit, so the HoloLens remains in the beta phase. Nevertheless, these updates are quite interesting. They include the ability to open up multiple applications at once, as well as a Bluetooth mouse for the HoloLens headset. Furthermore, the virtual clicker used to navigate HoloLens' platform can now be resized, along with allowing the moving of holograms.

Microsoft has also added voice-integration, with a handful of commands like "Face Me" to bring holograms front and centre, according to the company. Other features see Edge browser functionality and the ability to pin images via the Photos app.

While the HoloLens platform is yet to make its official debut in any retail capacity, we suspect it could be demoed once again at this year's E3 event, which is only a couple weeks away.
