In our opinion, Michael B. Jordan is the real Black Panther, and although there is talk of a Killmonger comic book series for Marvel, it’s Jordan we wanted to see more of in the movies. With that rant over, we’re happy to watch Jordan as Adonis Johnson strutting his stuff in the new trailer for the latest Creed II movie.

If you’re not on top of events, here’s what’s happening. Cast your mind back to Rocky IV and you will remember that Russian Ivan Drago (Dolph Lundgren) stepped into the ring and killed Apollo Creed, Adonis’s father. Drago’s son, Viktor Drago (Florian Munteanu, Bogat) seems to be more than happy to do the same to Adonis as the two are set to go glove to glove. Rocky (Sylvester Stallone) is non-too happy about this turn of events, and so too is Adonis’s partner, Tessa Thompson (Thor: Ranarok). All this plays off in the latest trailer, which is one of the best we’ve seen recently.

Creed II is set to debut on 21 November and we suspect there will be one trailer coming just before then. Hit play to see our man Michael B. Jordan in action.
