Lords of the Fallen may not have garnered quite the hype of a Demon Souls or the forthcoming Bloodborne, but it is still a pretty enjoyable, challenging and even daunting fantasy title in its own right. In the wake of news that a sequel is already in the works, the latest is that the game is set to receive even more immediate love in the form of impending downloadable content.

More specifically, the Ancient Labyrinth DLC, will once again test players’ wits and ability to evade death, all while doing their level best to beat the snot out of monsters with huge weapons that look like they could flatten your Toyota Prius with a single blow (or at very least, tenderize your meat patty – and probably simultaneously pulverize your braai – like nothing else).

Continuing, even if you don’t own a copy of Lords of the Fallen yet, do take a look at the trailer, as the new Lord introduced by the DLC looks like something that would give a Predator pause. The DLC will be available the beginning of March, on PS4, Xbox One and PC.
