New Mortal Kombat X trailer targets all vital organs
By Robin-Leigh Chetty 27 March 2015 | Categories: newsIt's Friday, and as such a new Mortal Kombat X trailer has surfaced. We've been covering all the trailers to come from NetherRealm over the past few weeks, giving us glimpses into the new characters and gameplay that this latest bloody iteration will bring to the fore.
In a slightly odd publicity move, the NetherRealm team has paired up with Maxim Russia to deliver this latest trailer, titled Shaolin, so you'll have to excuse the Russian subtitles comrade. As one of the game's iconic characters, Raiden is doing much of the story telling. Added to his narrating skills are images of Mortal Kombat X characters getting hacked to bits.
As such, it serves as a nice way to see all the manners of pain gamers can inflict on their opponents. We're quite partial to the twin arrow eyeball shot at 1:04. If you aren't feeling too squeamish, check out the trailer below, as Mortal Kombat X readies for local release on 14 April.
