New iPad Air 3 rumours point to integration of iPad Pro elements
By Robin-Leigh Chetty 2 February 2016 | Categories: newsLast week, we detailed rumours of a new iPad Air's expected arrival at a March-dated Apple event. Now more information has emerged via Engadget, as one of their reliable Apple sources reveals a few design aspects for the iPad Air 3.
According to Engadget, the drawing they received leads them to believe that the new iPad Air will integrate elements seen in the iPad Pro. As such, the new iPad Air could very well be a smaller version of Apple's business-focused tablet, and may include a set of quad speakers like to Pro. Furthermore, a smart connector is reportedly located on the side for a series of Apple-branded accessories, most likely of which will be a smart keyboard.
Other clues from the drawing showcase an additional hole located beneath the primary camera, which would logically mean the introduction of an LED flash, which should be great news for that don't mind taking pics on tablets.
While more images, news and details will most likely be incoming for the iPad Air 3, we'll be sure to keep TechSmart readers in the loop.
