Ryan Reynolds and Jake Gyllenhaal discover something in space in the trailer for LIFE

Last month we saw a space voyage film trailer starring Chris Pratt and Jennifer Lawrence in the form of Passengers. Now a new trailer has arrived for another space-focused flick from Sony Pictures - LIFE.
This one, however, has more of a thriller vibe to it, and features a few of our favourites such as Ryan Reynolds (Deadpool), Jake Gyllenhaal (Southpaw) and Rebecca Ferguson (Mission Impossible: Rogue Nation). They are joined by a further three crew members aboard the International Space Station, as they encounter an alien sample of some sort.
At first things are fairly hunky dory, until the 1:40 mark, then it all starts going horribly awry. Needless to say, the alien sample does not take kindly to confinement in a perspex box and being experimented on.
Set to land in cinemas in May next year, hit play on the trailer below.
