Over the past few years, Samsung has reserved 26 February to unveil its latest Galaxy S smartphone a day ahead of Mobile World Congress. This year, however, will not be the same as the South Korean manufacturer has decided to push the Galaxy S8's reveal to late March.

Samsung will rather be using the date to debut a new tablet (most likely the Galaxy Tab S3), if the latest MWC 17 press conference invite is to be believed.

It features the silhouette of a tablet in white with a black background, and the date "Feb.26.2017" above. The unveiling is set to take place at 20:00 (SAST), with the invite also stating that Samsung will be showcasing multiple products. What those will be is unclear at this stage, but the company may be teasing a look at its rumoured Gear VR 2 headset and follow-up to the Gear 360 camera.

As with many Samsung devices these days, leaked images will likely surfaced ahead of the official unveiling, so watch this space.
