With sign-up for Quake Champions' closed beta still ongoing, Bethesda has been drip feeding us trailers for the upcoming FPS multiplayer. The latest one comes in the form of a character reveal, as the imposing Scalebearer joins the action for Quake Champions.

A real run-and-gunner, Scalebearer is a perfect champion for FPS gamers that prefer brute force over speed and guile. To that end, this character's active and passive abilities are based on power. The former is a Bull Rush that lets him gather up a head of steam and bulldoze any opposing players that get in his way. The passive ability is equally brutal, allowing Scalebearer's extra weight to crush his enemies, which is particularly handy when jumping.
