For fans of The Walking Dead episodic game, it's been nearly six months since developer Telltale Games teased a trailer for the upcoming third season. Now, we have an official launch date, with season three arriving across multiple platforms on 20 December. 

Titled A New Frontier, the new season is currently available for pre-order on PC, PS4 and Xbox One, costing in and around the $23 (R324) mark. These impending episodes take place four years after the previous season, centering on Clementine once again. As such, it should be interesting to see how her character has developed from one season to the next, and whether she proves a more formidable protagonist than she did previously.
