The Evil Within 2 receives the trial treatment
By Ryan Noik 15 December 2017 | Categories: newsFear is a funny thing, it can both repel and entice. If your bent these holidays runs less toward pretty lights and more towards frightening yourself silly (but in a good way), then you may want to give one of 2017’s most frightening games a shot.
Earlier this week The Evil WIthin 2 also received the trial treatment, which enables players to test their fortitude against the opening chapters of the game. At the end of the trial, should players choose to upgrade to the full game, all of your saved data will carry over, allowing you to pick up right where you left off.
The trial is actually quite meaty, if you will pardon the awful pun, offering both the chance to explore some of the game’s tight, nightmare-riddled, linear experiences, as well as the more open streets of Union. Additionally, players are able to customise the main character, Sebastian, to their liking.
If you are still unsure whether The Evil Within 2 is screeching, whispering, or moaning your name, check out the duo of trailers below.
