 rAge (the really Awesome gaming expo) is back for its 16th year, with organisers noting that they will be exploring new ways to "shake things up."

The three day long event is happening from 5 to 7 October, with tickets set to go on sale via Computicket from 1 May 2018.

At R150 for a day pass (access for one day only) and R300 for a weekend pass (access for all three days), rAge tickets will give attendess access to the entire expo. This includes all the displays and activities on the show floor, the latest in gaming hardware and software, stage entertainment, esports spectating, Cosplay competitions, geek arts and culture, the home-coded locally developed games, board games, and a wide variety of gaming apparel and accessories. 

Tickets to the NAG LAN BYOC will go on sale on Saturday 28 July 2018 and, with some exciting developments according to organisers, with loyal NAG LAN gamers advised to watch this space.

The full details for rAge Expo 2018 are as follows:

Dates: 5 - 7 October 2018

Expo times: Friday (10:00 - 18:00), Saturday (9:00 - 18:00), Sunday (9:00 - 16:00)

Day ticket: R150 per persom (tickets available at the door or via Computicket)

Weekend ticket: R300 per person (tickets available at the door or via Computicket)

Kids under 6: Free

Venue: Ticketpro Dome, Northriding, Johannesburg.
