Possibly the most disappointing delay to emerge this year, at least for PS4 owners, has been that of Nathan Drake and Uncharted 4 sliding out of its initial 2015 timeframe and into 2016. Now though, it seems like the game will be coming early next year in March, rather than forcing players to endure a longer delay before stepping into the half-untucked adventurer’s boots.

While neither Sony nor developers Naughty Dog have confirmed a release date official, this has been inferred by a presentation given by the company detailing its fiscal 2015 (which ends in March 2016) strategy at its Investor Day.

As a reminder, the other good news behind this delay is that apparently, the fourth entry in the franchise turned out to be more ambitious than the developers initially planned. Considering Naughty Dog’s infamy for paying meticulous attention to detail, hopes are high that the fourth entry might just surpass Uncharted 2 in scope.
