The boy who lived is back in the penultimate piece of the magical Harry Potter series. The world of witches and wizards has realised that \'he who must not be named’ aka Lord Voldemort is back and will stop at nothing to get what he wants which is mostly world domination and to kill poor Harry.

Harry and his friends are back at school for his sixth year but while studying, they are also being taught how to defend themselves for the impending battle against Lord Voldemort and his Death Eaters. There is a different atmosphere and Harry is seen as a hero as opposed to a liar as he was always seen before.

Things start off a little slowly, while you learn how to use your wand and practise the various incantations for casting spells or for combat such as Wingardium Leviosa, Stupefy and Accio. You also quickly learn how to make potions in the classroom. Be prepared to exercise those wrists and fingers as there are a lot of varying motions and time is of the essence, especially when duelling. As you go along, crests can be collected which open up various mini-games. Besides your main task, you have the option of practising duelling, flying as well as playing Quidditch. While travelling around Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry, you encounter new characters and the infamous Nearly Headless Nick is your guide as the moving staircases can be very tricky.

The story is closely run along the lines of the book and the characters are visually mirrored on the movie characters. If you are a fan, you will need to get used to the voices which are very different to those in the movies but the dialogue between the characters is funny and entertaining.

There are so many different aspects to this game, which is what makes it a lot of fun. There is the serious and fighting evil side where you practise your moves, the romantic side of Harry and … don\'t want to ruin it for those who don\'t know and the fun side of playing Quidditch and flying around. Of course, Harry is a hero so it is important to play your best and live up to his reputation by winning all the duels, catching the golden snitch in Quidditch, getting the girl and last but not least defeating the evil Lord Voldemort and his Death Eaters.

PROS
Casting spells with a Wiimote is a treat and the storyline actually follows that of the book.
CONS
Voice acting and graphics could really have been better.
