Death Stranding gets another weird trailer
By Staff Writer 8 December 2017 | Categories: newsSo we know that Hideo Kojima, the man responsible for the Metal Gear series, has one of the weirdest games lined up for release in 2018. Now, Death Stranding has been blessed/cursed with a new trailer.
As you may or may not know, there are some familiar faces in the game, with Mads Mikkelsen (Hannibal) and Norman Reedus (The Walking Dead) both featuring quite prominently. Also making an appearance is director Guillermo del Toro (Hellboy), who was on hand with Kojima at The Game Awards last night to unveil the new trailer.

The title is being developed as a PS4 exclusive, and is an action game set in an open world environment. Not that that leaves you clearer on exactly how strange Kojima’s world is going to be. For that you need to watch the trailer if you’ve got eight minutes to spare, which somehow manages to just become weirder as it moves along.
There’s no clarity yet on an exact release date for Death Stranding, but we’ll keep you updated.
