Will the new Ralph Breaks The Internet: Wreck-It Ralph 2 be nothing more but a big branding exercise for the ever expanding Disney Empire? The new trailer for the movie certainly makes it look that way.

Six years after the events of the first movie, a Wi-Fi router connects Ralph’s (John C. Reilly) arcade to the internet, making it possible for him and the insanely cute, if not a bit lippy, Vanellope von Schweetz (Sarah Silverman) to head to the WWW.

We’re quite sure that Ralph 2 will handle all of this with the type of wink-wink tongue in cheek humour of the first movie, as can be seen in the way the Disney princesses are dealt with in the trailer.

More Disney heroes will be making their way to the movie, including R2-D2 and Yoda from Star Wars, and Iron Man from the Marvel universe. With the movie only scheduled to debut on 21 November, it seems like we might be in for more trailer reveals as the months progress.
