They talk about flogging a dead horse, and we’re wondering if the Sharknado franchise isn’t trying to flog a rotten shark. As you will be able to tell from the extended trailer for Sharknado 3, yes we are at number three, the latest one has more of the same, this time Sharknados are appearing all along the whole of the American West Coast. At least the movie is aware of its own reputation, claiming in the trailer that, “we give the people what they want, as soon as it’s ‘sort of’ ready.”

Sharknado 3: Oh Hell No! stars David Hasselhoff, Bo Derek, Tara Reid and also Frankie Muniz of Malcolm in the Middle fame. Luckily, you won’t be able to see this on the big screen, since it’s heading straight to TV, debuting on SyFy on 22 July.
