We love Humble Bundle, thanks to them providing great games, comics and sometimes books at amazing prices, at the same time supporting charity. Once in a while there’s an offer that comes along that is simply too good to pass. The latest comic book bundle is one of them, offering comics from one of our favourite publishing houses – Image Comics.

There is no doubt that the company is one of the most innovative on the comic book scene, coming up with new titles that constantly push the boundaries, plus of course they are creator owned, meaning the copyright remains with the creators.

Now we know that the current rand/dollar is leaving certain gaps in your budget, but we can seriously recommend to pop out your credit card for this Bundle, since you’ll be receiving a whole bunch of the past few years’ best new comics.

If you’ve read our coverage of Humble Bundle before you know how it works. You pay what you want for the first tier of comics, pay more than the average to unlock the second rung of books (currently $16), and then pay more than $20 to grab everything on offer.

As we mentioned, the comics are superb, with titles such as Wolf (vol. 1), Phonogram (vol. 1), and the excellent horror from Scott Snyder, Wytches (vol. 1), all in the first tier. The always awesome Saga (vol. 4), Warren Ellis’ Trees and another hot horror, Outcast, from the creator of The Walking Dead, Robert Kirkman gets unlocked in tier 2.

Top dollar will get you five more titles including the critically acclaimed Bitch Planet (vol. 1), the big Invincible Compendium, as well as a heck of a lot of Stray Bullets (1-41).

This Humble Bundle supports Human Rights Campaign Foundation,  the educational arm of the Human Rights Campaign, the largest national lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) civil rights organisation.
