Injustice 2 has been really well-received, with our review stating, “A solid fighting game with plenty of loot to earn, Injustice 2 will be best enjoyed by fans of DC's comic book lore.” You might have played the game if you own a PS4 or Xbox One, but for PC gamers, the title has remained elusive. Until now.

Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment has announced that an open beta will start today on Steam, with no pre-order necessary for the title. At time of publishing the beta hasn’t started yet.

The game’s port for PC is developed by QLOC, who was also involved in titles such as RiME, Dragon’s Dogma: Dark Arisen, Super Street Fighter IV: Arcade Edition and Mortal Kombat XL.

In Injustice 2 you get to play as your favourite DC Comics character (sorry Marvel fans), with all the big names on offer. The story pits brother against brother with the lines between good and bad growing ever fainter.

WB did not state when the full game will become available, rather that Injustice 2 for PC is coming in Fall, thus Spring on this side. If you are unsure to sign up for the beta, have a look at some of the fighting on offer in the video below.
