Even as the excitement mounts for the forthcoming Rise of the Tomb Raider, especially after this recent gameplay trailer, that is not the only game that fans of the adventurous explorer have to look forward to.

Square Enix, fresh off announcing a iOS version of the much beloved Final Fantasy VII, has also confirmed that Lara Croft GO (unveiled a couple of months ago) will be swinging onto mobile devices before the end of this month (the 27th of August, to be exact).

The GO moniker apparently refers to a style, namely that of a boardgame like aesthetic. The game itself offers up a turn based puzzle experience, and while it looks quite different to the likes of Tomb Raider on the consoles, or Lara Croft and the Guardian of Light (also on iOS) still looks quite appealing.

All in all, it looks like it is a great time to be a Lara Croft fan. Not only do we have two games to look forward to in the months ahead, but this month Lara Croft and the Temple of Osiris is one of the free PS4 games for PlayStation Plus subscribers.

In any event, take a look at the trailer below and see whether you will be making room on your mobile device.
