With Computex 2018 now in full swing, it's time to see what kind of new devices the world's top PC and notebook makers have in store. Taking care of the latter was Lenovo, which revealed its second-generation Yoga Book in Taipei, Taiwan. While it was not a full debut, with the official specifications, release date and pricing unknown at this stage, but Lenovo has noted that the device will be unveiled in proper later in the year.

While we'll have to wait to find out what kind of components the new Yoga Book will be sporting, what is for certain is the fact that the device will feature two screens. The first is the traditional rotating touch display that users will be familiar with on the Yoga lineup, but the second one will serve as the keyboard, trackpad and interface for other notebook-specific applications and tools.

Other elements of the second-generation Yoga Book will include the latest Intel CPU, although no model has been mentioned, along with an enhanced inking (annotating) experience and an AI-assisted keyboard.

With Asus debuting a very similar offering at Computex with the Project Precog concept, it should be interesting to see which one of these companies is first to market with their dual-screen notebooks.
