With a number of games already making their respective debuts this month, and E3 just around the corner, some might have forgotten about Deus Ex: Mankind Divided, which lands on 23 August for the PS4, Xbox One and Windows PC. To ensure it remains on gamer's radars, developer Square Enix has released a new live action trailer titled Mechanical Apartheid, chronicling the events leading to the point where the game kicks off.

The production value is quite good, and is certainly up there with some Hollywood films we've seen of late. It would also make a pretty interesting TV series, if such a thing was ever greenlit. For now though, our attention remains purely on the game, which has not racked up as much attention as its predecessor, but still looks solid in recent gameplay vids

Hit play on the trailer below and see whether Deus Ex would make a good TV series.
