Very cool you say, but what about that strange colour? Yes, it looks a bit weird, but it’s the correct pantone, matched to Spock’s original Vulcan skin tone. These rechargeable Bluetooth buds comes with talk time of up to five hours, an inline microphone to make and receive calls, and silicone eartips in three sizes. In theory, the Spock eared earbuds should work in the gym and on your afternoon run, but whether you want these Vulcan ears flapping about like a space-aged Dumbo is up to you.

They retail for $40, but whether these ship to SA is another matter.

Fans of Spock – there’s some more good news. It’s been announced that Star Trek: Discovery season two will feature the famous Vulcan. Variety reports that season two will include some well known characters from the original series, with executive producer Alex Kurtzman noting, “I can tell you that yes, you will be seeing Spock this season.” The second series is set to debut only at the start of next year.
