Local release date, price announced for Fitbit Versa 2

Onboard the Versa 2 smartwatch you’ll find a faster processor, a larger and more saturated screen, five days of battery life as well an on-device microphone for voice to text (Android only).
As far as local price is concerned, the Versa 2 will be available for a RRP of R3 999. This included the following colours: black with a carbon case, petal with a copper rose aluminium case, emerald with a copper rose aluminium case, Bordeaux with a copper rose aluminium case and stone with a mist grey case.
If you want something a bit more fancy, the Versa 2 Special Edition will be available for a RRP of R4 999 in navy and pink with a copper rose aluminium case and smoke with a mist grey case. A 90 day free trial of Fitbit Premium will be available on the Special Edition, while it also includes an extra watch strap.
Fitbit Premium is a paid subscription service in the Fitbit app with actionable guidance and coaching to help you achieve your health and fitness goals. Fitbit notes Premium will help you move more, sleep better and eat well with customised programs, advanced sleep features, personal insights, hundreds of workouts, new challenges, health reports and more.
The Versa 2 will be available at Cape Union Mart, Dion Wired, Dischem, eBucks, FNB, Incredible Connection, Takealot, Sportsmans Warehouse, Makro, Totalsports and Superbalist.
