Microsoft adds three new titles to Xbox One's backwards compatibility library
By Robin-Leigh Chetty 29 March 2016 | Categories: newsIf you've been plowing through the range of backwards compatible titles on offer from Microsoft for the Xbox One, you'll be glad to hear that three new titles have joined the ranks. Microsoft's resident gaming blogger, Major Nelson, confirmed the news via Twitter yesterday, with Halo Wars, Soul Calibur II HD and King of Fighters '98 Ultimate Match now available.

Those three Xbox 360 games are ready and waiting for Xbox One gamers to tuck into, but it's Halo Wars that has most piqued our interest. Microsoft surprised many with a trailer for Halo Wars 2 at last year's E3 event, with an expected release date later this year. As such, as a nice primer for what Halo Wars 2 has to offer, reacquainting yourself with the predecessor might be a worthwhile idea.
