If by some miracle you still have some spare cash lying around after the past festive season, it may be a worthwhile idea to invest in the year's gaming ahead. To that end, Sony has recently announced a deal for 15 months worth of PlayStation Plus membership for the price of 12 months (R899). 

The deal is available for a limited only, however, with customers only capable of purchasing it via the PlayStation Store up until 12:00 on 24 January. The deal is also available to current PlayStation Plus members, which is estimated to be around 3.5 million. 

Along with discounts for games, PlayStation Plus membership also affords users 10 GB of online storage for game saves, and access to some exclusive titles like Starblood Arena on PSVR and That's You! on Play Link.
