The 2018 FIFA World Cup kicks off in Russia on 14 June, which for those unable to make it to any of the games, means it's time to fire up our consoles and virtually determine which team is best poised to lift the trophy.

If you don't have a new console at your disposal, Prima's latest gaming promo is good news. From 25 May to 8 June, Prima Interactive is partnering with Microsoft to sell Xbox One S bundles at a recommended reduced price of R3 999. Named the 'Laduuuuma' Xbox One S bundle, it could save gamers an estimated R1 500, with it serving up a 1 TB console, wireless controller and copy of FIFA 18.

The gaming title recently announced an update for FIFA 18 which would allow gamers to play with one of the 32 teams headed to the tournament from 29 May onwards. This particular mode of the game will require an internet connection in order to play, and will include online tournaments throughout the duration of the 2018 FIFA World Cup.

The limited time offer will only be available at participating retailers, so be sure to check that you're buying the Laduuuuma bundle for R3 999.
