The second trailer has now dropped for the new Anne Hathaway Kaiju movie. Yes, we know that doesn’t quite sound right, but if you’ve seen the first trailer for Colossal you might know this isn’t exactly your regular Godzilla flick.

Hathaway plays Gloria who is on a bit of a bender after her break up with boyfriend Tim (Dan Stevens, Downton Abbey) and losing her job. She soon realise that apart from that, she also seems to be the Kaiju that’s invading Korea. Seem strange? It sure is, and we’re quite sure there must be a metaphor in there somewhere. Nonetheless, Colossal is directed by Spaniard Nacho Vigalondo (Open Windows, Timecrimes) and stars Jason Sudeikis (We're the Millers).

Check out trailer number two, where we finally get to see a bit more of the Kaiju in question. Colossal is due for release 7 April 2017 Stateside.
