While PlayStation rolled out the red carpet for all the new games being developed by its own studio, the pre-Tokyo Games Show event yesterday also offered up some time for Ubisoft to showcase its latest efforts. The newest in the batch is For Honor (originally previewed at E3 2015). Despite it following the American spelling ways of Dishonored before it, the game looks rather intriguing, focusing on a three-way battle between Samurai, Vikings and Knights.

While we're unsure how all three classes of warrior ended up on the same battlefield, the resulting fight looks awesome. The fact that Ubisoft was at TGS 2015, meant the Samurai got time to shine courtesy of a new trailer, featured below.

In it, we see the noble warriors square off against their Nordic and British counterparts, putting their katanas and arrows to good use. The Oni faction, as they are referred to in the game, will also sport classic wooden and leather armor, along with being pretty adept swordsman.

The slated release for For Honor is not unknown at this stage, but Ubisoft will undoubtedly keep the info and trailers coming.
