Zombie games are a dime a dozen these days, so in order for game studios to stand out from the horde, an unexpected angle or unique feature needs to be brought to the fore. Dying Light (review) did that earlier this year with its POV come parkour gaming, and now Arizona Sunshine aims to take things a step further by introducing the world of virtual reality, more specifically the Steam VR and HTC Vive offerings.

Designed by Vertigo Games, a new teaser trailer for Arizona Sunshine has been released, featuring pre-alpha footage of some pretty high tension action. In it, the game tries to recreate the anxiety that real world zombie apocalypse survivors would have to face when taking on the undead - namely scrambling around for ammo as the zombie gets closer each second.

For now, Arizona Sunshine remains a teaser, but is up on Valve's Steam Store. Sadly though, no official release date has been announced, with the broad date of 2015 given for its debut. In the interim, sit back and enjoy some Arizona Sunshine in the video below.
