Those who loved Michael B. Jordan as Erik Killmonger in Black Panther, or fans of Ray Bradbury’s 1953 novel, will be happy about a new teaser trailer for Fahrenheit 451.

The movie will not appear on the circuit, instead it’s destined for a TV debut on HBO in May.

This dystopian tale takes place in a future where forms of culture, such as art and books, are seen as abhorrent, to be burnt by fire (hence the title of the book – the supposed auto-ignition point for paper). One of the “fireman” tasked with the book burnings is Guy Montag (Jordan), fully dedicated to the task at first (“I want to burn!”), but soon realising that all this setting fire to stuff is not doing anyone any damn good.  

It also features one of our favourites Michael Shannon (Take Shelter), who’ve worked with director Ramin Bahrani on 99 Homes. Sofia Boutella (Star Trek Beyond) is also onboard, making for a rather star studded made-for-TV movie.
