Bourne is back in new trailer
By Staff Writer 21 April 2016 | Categories: newsBourne is back. All credit to Jeremy Renner (The Avengers) for a great stand-in during 2012’s The Bourne Legacy, but let’s face it, Jason Bourne (Matt Damon) is the chosen one. And now he has resurfaced in the first trailer for the eponymous new film.
You might remember that Bourne disappeared during The Bourne Ultimatum, but as they say, you can’t keep a good man down. Joining him this time round is Nicky Parsons (Julia Stiles) who appeared in the first three Bourne’s, and Tommy Lee Jones as Robert Dewey. One of our favourites, crazy French actor Vincent Cassel (Dobermann) also stars as one of the many guys with nothing better to do than to try and take out our main man.
Not much is known about the plot yet, with director Paul Greengrass (who did the 2nd and 3rd Bourne) keeping a tight lid on things. What we do know is that Jason Bourne is set for a 29 July release in the States. Until then, we’re quite sure you’ll see a few more trailers pop up to help rev up anticipation, so enjoy the first full one below.
