Apparently, 2018 is turning out to be a bit of year of revival of the games front. Case in point is Devil May Cry 5, which was announced earlier this year. Now though, a new trailer has dropped, with plenty of odes to the original series.

Indeed, for those who did play the earlier titles, there is a lot happening in the trailer below to spark nostalgia.

For starters, judging from the latest trailer, it appears that Dante, Nero, Trish and Lady are altogether again it seems. But the trailer also shows just how gruesome gameplay is shaping up to be, The games were never exactly subtle, with no holds barred action being a particular hallmark. Such is the case here, where, using the motorbike in particular to commit vehicular demon-slaughter, is about as unsubtle as you get. We could do without the music in the background though, so here is hoping there will be an option to turn that off.
