When it comes to gaming titles, 2010 belonged to Red Dead Redemption as far as we're concerned. While we sadly lost John Marston in-game, publisher Rockstar Games may have offered up some welcome news. The company's Twitter page tweeted an uncaptioned image of the Rockstar logo on a red background, prompting many to believe a sequel is in the works.

Unfortunately, all we have to go on is the above image, as Rockstar did not provide any further detail. As such, the new title it is teasing could very well be a remaster on 4K for example, or a port to PC, or indeed nothing to do with Red Dead at all. A remaster is certainly likely though, especially with the PS4 Pro arriving 10 November in select regions.

Our hopes, however, is for a sequel to the 2010 hit. Relive the game's original launch trailer below.
