It's safe to say the Fast and Furious franchise is a global phenomenon. While the storylines can be a little iffy, the stunts and cars on display are nothing short of a comic book superhero movie. Now the first trailer for the franchise's eighth outing has landed online, and it appears as if Dominic Toretto (Vin Diesel) has become a turncoat, at odds with his Fast and Furious family. 

The reason for his switching sides is unclear, but he has joined up with Charlize Theron's Cipher. In order to bring Dom in, the team turns to their adversary in the previous film, Deckard Shaw (Jason Statham). Other appearances in the trailer include the always entertaining Dwayne Johnson as Hobbs, along with new addition Scott Eastwood (Suicide Squad) in a yet uncredited role.
