When the first trailer dropped for Rogue One: A Star Wars story back in April, fanboys dissected every frame of the video for tasty tidbits. The one aspect almost everybody picked up on was the signature breathing of Darth Vader, as Jyn Erso (played by Felicity Jones from The Theory of Everything) was aboard an Imperial ship. Now, a brand new trailer has arrived, confirming suspicions that Darth Vader will indeed feature in Rogue One.

To catch a glimpse of his helmet, you'll need to wait to the very end of the trailer (1:55). It might not be the fully fledged visual that fans of the Star Wars universe might be hoping for, but at least now we know that he's in the film for sure. As far as how big a part he'll play, remains to be seen. For now, the main protagonist appears to be Director Orson Krennic (Ben Mendelsohn, The Dark Knight Rises) of The Empire, who's likely overseeing the completion of the Death Star.

We didn't need much reason to watch Rogue One, but with Darth Vader in the mix, it has become a must watch. Arriving in cinemas on 16 December (United Kingdom), hit play on the trailer below and see everyone's favourite bad guy.
