Trying to put the EDM scene into a movie can be hard at times, just take a look at last year's We Are Your Friends. That hasn't stopped Netflix from taking a crack at it though. The streaming platform has an original movie on the way titled XOXO and follows a number of different EDM enthusiasts traveling to the Portland, Oregon-based XOXO music festival.

Whether the six degrees of separation-style take proves more successful than other EDM-focused films remains to be seen, particularly as it's already garnered 1K-plus dislikes on YouTube. XOXO lands on Netflix later this month.
