This past weekend saw a new trailer for Marvel Studios' Avengers: Infinity War. In our opinion it's better than the first one we received, and offers viewers a deeper look at the connection between the main antagonist Thanos and the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU).
It opens with narration from Gamora (Zoe Saldana, Guardians of the Galaxy) as she informs Iron Man (Robert Downey Jr.) about her history with the Mad Titan, as well as the power that the Infinity Stones and Gauntlet possess.
We're also given a look at the Thanos' lieutenants, the Black Order, which comprises of four warriors taken from planets and alien races that he has conquered over the years. They'll be tasked with retrieving two if the Infinity Stones in the movie from what we can tell, one of which is on Vision's (Paul Bettany, Age of Ultron) forehead, and the other in a necklace worn by Doctor Strange (Benedict Cumberbatch, Sherlock).
As for how many of the Stones Thanos will have in his possession by the end of the first movie remains to be seen. Landing in cinemas next month, hit play on the trailer below and enjoy.
