You would have seen the IT trailers by now. Frightening and disturbing, IT looks to up the frights and scare factor from the 1990 mini-series. Before the movie’s local release next week (15 Sept), you might want to delve into “Welcome to the Losers’ Club” a new behind-the-scenes trailer of sorts.

Not only do we hear from the man himself, Stephen King, but also a number of the actors involved in the movie. Stunningly absent is Bill Skarsgård (Hemlock Grove) responsible for Pennywise the demonic clown. He had a tough job, especially since the touchstone performance of Tim Curry in the miniseries pretty much nailed the role down. From what we’ve seen from the trailers, it might just be that Skarsgård is Heath Ledger’s Joker compared to Curry’s Jack Nicholson.
